If prior contact record has been established, no referral fees will be owed or paid. Void where prohibited by law. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. One spouse can not refer the other, or immediate family that will be living in the home. Not available to Americas Home Place Sales Personnel and their immediate families. Promotion may be discontinued at anytime without notice. In the case of duplicate referrals for a single individual, a referral fee will only be paid to the referring party referenced by the buyer at the time of contract. Participants will be required to provide social security numbers for tax purposes prior to receiving referral payments.
